Institutional Privacy, Ephemeral Ingestion & Zero-Telemetry Data Rights Protocol
Airecmark Intelligence AG is incorporated under the jurisdiction of the Swiss Confederation. We operate under strict mathematical and cryptographic invariants of data isolation: zero user prompt retention, zero third-party behavioral trackers, zero monetization of evaluation payloads, and air-gapped Firecracker microVM execution.
Strictly zero third-party analytics
Purged upon microVM container exit
Hardware-enforced memory scrub

Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) & Global Regulatory Equivalence
Airecmark Intelligence AG (Registry Ref: CHE-491.204.819) is organized and governed under the civil and commercial codes of Switzerland, with its principal corporate seat and primary telemetry nodes in Zurich (Kanton Zürich).
Data processing activities are subject to the total governance of the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / DSG, SR 235.1) and the Ordinance on Data Protection (DPO / VDSG), recognized by the European Commission under Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) as maintaining full legal adequacy. International cross-border transfers from the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland are safeguarded through statutory adequacy decisions without reliance on contested executive safe-harbor mechanisms.
Because all telemetry database nodes and microVM clusters are provisioned strictly on bare-metal hardware owned or leased from Swiss and European tier-IV data centers, Airecmark systems maintain operational segregation from US CLOUD Act (18 U.S.C. § 2713) subpoenas and extraterritorial data demands.
The Ephemeral Processing & RAM-Scrubbing Protocol
When users interface with the Airecmark Playground, latency telemetry tests, or tool recommendation workflows, payloads undergo volatile memory computation exclusively. We enforce a verifiable Zero Disk Persistence (ZDP) standard:
Client payload arrives via ChaCha20-Poly1305. Header stripped of IP & cookies.
Payload routed into an air-gapped Linux microVM. Read-only tmpfs in RAM.
MicroVM destroyed. Kernel memory overwritten with 0x00 pseudo-random noise.
Comprehensive Data Inventory & Retention Matrix
Airecmark enforces categorical exclusions. Below is the legally binding telemetry taxonomy detailing what is processed, stored, or permanently barred from our ingress points:
| Data Classification | Ingestion Status | Retention Limit | Storage At Rest | Purpose Invariant |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| User Prompts / Sandbox Code | VOLATILE ONLY | 0 Seconds | None (RAM only) | Real-time benchmark evaluation scoring |
| Client IP Address | TRUNCATED (/24 CIDR) | 24 Hours (Rolling) | AES-256-GCM | DDoS scrubbing & rate limiting |
| Behavioral Tracking Cookies | REJECTED | 0 Seconds | None | Zero commercial tracking tolerated |
| Session Auth (Signed In) | LOCAL ENCRYPTED | Session or 30 Days | Ed25519 Token | User dashboard & API key provisioning |
| Benchmark Audit Telemetry | ANONYMIZED AGGREGATE | Permanent (Immutable) | Merkle Root Sign | Public historical model index (Open Access) |
MicroVM Prompt Isolation & Deterministic Zero-Egress Guardrails
To ensure proprietary enterprise codebases and evaluation prompts cannot bleed between benchmark threads, all active evaluations execute within hardware-virtualized AWS Firecracker microVMs operated directly on Airecmark's dedicated bare-metal infrastructure in Zurich.
Each microVM operates under strict, kernel-enforced seccomp-bpf profiles. Outbound network egress is restricted solely to the designated endpoint API of the AI model under test via audited cryptographic proxies. No telemetry side-channel, external telemetry metric collector, or caching layer is allowed during the evaluation lifecycle.
Airecmark contracts with AI foundational providers explicitly forbid the ingestion of any playground payload for model retraining or RLHF loops.
Model throughput stats (TTFT, tokens/sec) are extracted through mathematical counter registers only; input payloads are discarded instantly.
Affiliate Link Privacy & Blind-Pool Separation
When users click through to AI vendors or software providers from the Airecmark directory, the platform maintains a rigid commercial firewall:
- Zero User Identifier Propagation: No user identity, email, enterprise domain, or benchmark history is ever encoded into outbound referral parameters.
- Cryptographic Blind Redirects: Outbound outbound traffic strips the HTTP
Refererheader completely or terminates via an intermediary privacy hop (noreferrer noopener). - Zero Commercial Influence on Scoring: Model rankings, leaderboard positions, and benchmark scores are derived strictly from empirical benchmark test suites. Commercial relationships cannot adjust scoring algorithms.
Instant Self-Service DSR & Programmatic Erasure API
Under Swiss FADP and GDPR Article 17, all users and organizational teams maintain an irrevocable right to access, rectify, extract, and completely erase any retained account artifacts (such as saved custom benchmarks, API keys, or billing records).

Sovereign Bare-Metal Infrastructure & Data Centers
To guarantee absolute regulatory sovereignty, Airecmark rejects multi-tenant public clouds for sensitive benchmark evaluation tasks. Our physical compute architecture is hosted strictly within Tier-IV colocation facilities in Switzerland and the EEA:
Zurich, Switzerland. Colocation racks owned by Airecmark AG. FINMA / ISAE 3402 certified.
Frankfurt, Germany. Sovereign EU backup node. ISO 27001 & BSI C5 attested.
Hauts-de-France, France. DDoS telemetry scrub & static content distribution.
Data Protection Officer (DPO) & Regulatory Oversight
